Customer Survey – Preparation of a New Customer Action Plan and Customer Charter for 2012 to 2014

The Department of Social Protection is currently preparing a new Customer Action Plan and Customer Charter for the period 2012-2014.

As part of this process we would like to get the views and opinions of our customers on their experiences dealing with the Department.

All customers are invited to complete an online survey.

Participation in this survey is voluntary and the information you provide is anonymous and confidential.

Please complete the survey as honestly and accurately as you can and please do not enter any personal details or information such as your PPS Number.
