What is a Developing Country?

For the purposes of the VDW Scheme, a “Developing Country” is any country which has been designated as such by the Department of Social and Family Affairs, in conjunction with the Department of Foreign Affairs, and having regard to countries designated as Developing Countries by the United Nations, the World Bank or the International Labour Organisation.
