There is usually no charge for access to personal information. However, an upfront fee of €15 will apply in respect of requests for non-personal records (reduced rate of €10 for medical card holders - this reduced fee does not apply to card holders of
GP Visit Cards). Additional search and retrieval and/or photocopying charges may also apply.
